Minimum Order
White Magnolia Candle Co. requires a minimum order of $375, after discount for all wholesale orders, not including shipping cost.
Pricing
We respectfully request that all products or goods purchased from White Magnolia Candle Co. shall be sold at or above the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP). We also reserve the right to revoke wholesale partnerships for pricing below MSRP. In the event that the wholesale account decides to have a sale on our products, the sale can't rise above 20% MSRP. You're only able to have 2 sales a year! We must be notified whenever you have a sale via email whitemagnoliacandleco@outlook.com

White Magnolia Candle Co. is not responsible for charging sales taxes on wholesale orders. As the retailer for our wholesale products, you're responsible to collect taxes on all products. Your business will tax each customer the correct tax amount at the time of purchase. As the retailer, you're also responsible for paying taxes on every description, federal, state & municipal.

Our current wholesale pricing is 30% off of the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

Shipping & Delivery Window
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. We ship through UPS Ground for all wholesale orders. Since White Magnolia Candle Co. products are handcrafted in small batches, please allow two (2) to three (3) weeks turnaround from the time of the order.

We pack every order with biodegradable packing peanuts & bubblewrap to help protect it through any type of inclement weather or possible damage during transit. In the event of extreme hot weather we may halt shipping until temperatures are safe enough to ship. We will try every effort to get your package to you as soon as possible.
White Magnolia Candle Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please contact UPS for more information on filing a claim. We will do our very best to assist you with your package!
Territories & Terms
We reserve the right to protect zip codes or areas within a close proximity of another active retail partner. However, we cannot guarantee all territory protection, but will try our very best to research each retailer to ensure no one is in the same area.
Payment Terms & Conditions
All payments are due before we begin producing your order.
Wholesaler Refunds & Exchanges
The goal is to make sure that these candles sell in your store! We recommend sending you samples of the candles available before you place your wholesale order. Samples are only available in tea-lights. If you decide that you want samples before you place your wholesale order, you can add our $10 sample bundle to your cart, we'll send you a code via email for free shipping. We will not offer a refund or exchange if the candles you choose do not sell.
Customer Refund & Exchanges
We do not accept refunds or exchanges! However, if a customer purchases a defective candle, we will gladly send a replacement or offer a refund.
Labeling
At this time, we do not offer customized labeling. If you become a wholesale account, you can not change the labeling on the candles or wax melts. You can not omit our company's name from the label.
Business License
In order for you to become a wholesaler for our company, you must have a business license. You must submit proof that you have a business license via email whitemagnoliacandleco@outlook.com

We recommend all wholesalers have a brick & mortar store, but we are open to partnering with online based companies. However, we are limiting the amount of online retailers. Either way, you must have a business license to sell our products in your store.

We reserve the right to request a Tax ID & to reject any applications that we feel is not "bonafide".
Which Vessels & Scents are Available?
We offer 3 size options, 8 & 16 oz. Mason Jars & Double Wick 12 oz. Aura Vessel Jar.

There will be a total of 6 scents that you can choose from. 3 Classic Collection Scents & 3 Seasonal Collection Scents.
We do offer custom scents, but it has to meet the required minimum of $375. Our custom candles has to be ordered in increments of 6. Additional fees will apply!
Resale
You're not allowed to resale our candles & wax melts to another retailer. That includes but not limited to, selling our products on Amazon, Ebay, or Etsy. As the retailer, you're only able to sell our products in your store! You're also not able to have our products at vendor markets at a lower price.
