Shipping

We currently ship out of Conway, Arkansas using USPS Priority Mail & UPS (shipping carriers varies & are subject to change). All candles are made to order, please allow up to 2 weeks to create your hand poured candle. Most orders will ship out between 1-3 business days once created, larger orders may take longer. We package our candles with bio-degradable peanuts & bubble wrap to help protect it through any type of inclement weather or possible damage during transit.

Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns at this time. However, if we made a mistake or your order is defective, our apologies for the inconvenience & we will be more than happy to correct it! Please send us an email whitemagnoliacandleco@outlook.com include your order # & we'll take care of the rest!
