During the warm months candles will melt if left in hot/humid temperatures for long hours

Please be sure to track your package once shipped & take it inside as soon as it says delivered

We're unable to replace melted candles/wax melts due to heat exposure

We're not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages, please contact your local post office for information on filing a claim
