At White Magnolia Candle Co., we make every effort to give our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. 

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations at this time

  • We will gladly replace any defective item at no additional costs

  • If there was a mistake with your order, we'll gladly correct it


  • We currently ship with USPS Priority Mail

  • We do not ship internationally 

  • During the warm months candles will melt if left in hot/humid temperatures for long hours 

  • Please be sure to track your package once shipped & take it inside as soon as it says delivered

  • We're unable to replace melted candles/wax melts due to heat exposure

  • We're not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages, please contact your local post office for information on filing a claim
